In recent ranked games i played in, someone would say "i will gift you guys all a skin if we win and do well," but at the end when we win and all did well, no skin gift. i was wondering if this is against summoners code and reportable?
(why am i being downvoted, how is this a bad board?)
Mike Hunts Toxic3 votesi had a game where i was lagging pretty bad, and my team was super toxic towards me, so a guy on the enemy team mystery gifted me lolipoppy

No flash no life1 votesNothing more than a lie, dunno if you're actually serious and if you are, dunno why you'd take a stranger's words for granted.
Cracers1 voteswell tbh i didnt believe he would but my teammates had high hopes; just wanted to see if it was allowed to do that because its pretty rude
