Greetings.

DesertSummoner here, And on September the 1st 2016 I was permanently banned for toxicity. Now I do know it is against the summoner's code to be verbally abusive in game, And that's why i have not ever made a request or a thread regarding temporary bans, chat restrictions and loot crate restrictions that I have received. But I personally think a permanent ban for a consistent player who not only plays the game but supports it through riot points purchases, Is a bit harsh.

Nevertheless, I request kindly of riot to please rethink their decision on my perma-ban. I am indeed sorry if my in-game hate has caused harm towards anyone and I will try not to let my anger get the better of me if i am given this one chance. I understand that many might not agree with allowing me to be un banned, But why punish a person for a lifetime when he realizes the wrong he has done.

Sorry, Please And Thank You.

"This board is all about fostering a healthy community in which discussions can revolve around player behavior systems, in-game suspensions, or boards moderation. This includes topics on how the systems work, insight into why players were punished, and advice to help players improve moving forward."

How can we improve and move forward when there are punishments that contradict that. Like the whole idea of punishments is to help us whether it be going afk or flaming. Perm-Banning doesn't really do much other than make us create another account in which we might flame even more due to not having a care over the status of that alt.

Every action inside the game is one made with your affirmative action and against the summoner code. So no, there is no second chance you had that, and wasted it.

I disagree with perma-ban's just because this is a free to play game. Banning an account does nothing besides hoping that you make a new account and spend more money to get everything you had back. They do need to do something about bans altogether, because it really doesn't solve anything... Worse case it only makes things worse if the person comes back and just trolls.
