My euw account was banned like 1 year ago permanently i don't really care i had nothing special just lvl 34 or something when pre-season started.

Now in that game u can have a look here at my chat logs it does look pretty toxic and i was 1 year ago. Just please read it out i am neutral or i am trying to be at least i know threads like these get hated a lot.

Most of it was in Norwegian and if u are Norwegian and read this u know it's pretty bad, but it is because i didn't use my Norwegian keyboard.

Here is a list of bad. negative and toxic words that i used in the game.

Retard, fk off, ur trash, telling my them their bad kda, ur bronze, noob.

So as you see it was quite a lot some of them might not be as negative as other but lets just say they all were contributing for the ban. I got banned in 1 game where i the worst word i called in was retard. This does sound like enough for a ban but just u wait for what the other guy said (not in this game a different game recently)

The guy i played with recently:

This was in eune like 2 days ago. I reported him with 100% confidence that he will get banned and he didn't.

He repeated retard like i did quite many times. but the surprising thing is how did he not get banned? He flamed me to word that were about death. cancer and being retarded. I only had 1 of these 3 points i just mentioned and it was enough for a ban. Why was it not enough for him to get banned? I reported him for verbal and negative attitude. Also i said the word slut which is not nice to call somebody in English, but i meant it in Norwegian which means stop or end.

Now i know my ban was deserved and im not here to cry about it. I am here to compare my and his punishment. Oh wait he didn't get a punishment for being more toxic then i was in 1 game and got banned from 1 game where he also was just as toxic as me in 1 game and also sent me messages in dm after he added me. He is not banned i sent a ticket with his messages he sent to me after he added me and all riot said was use the report function after game.

You are not always informed when another player gets punished. It's entirely probably that, given that behavior, this player received a chat restriction or a ban for his unacceptable behavior, just like you did here.

i'll tell you right now why, because you probably got more reports in the past and previously. that's all this stupid company cares about, who has gotten more reports and what punishments were given out most recently. They don't care who said what just who got reported more. Someone can tell you that's not true but from my what, 21+ perm banned accounts. I know more than half of these so called "helpers". I can get into a game with you too with a fresh account and lvl it all the way to 30 and talk so much shit to you and say so much shit and nothing will happen, just probably a mild slap on the wrist chat restriction. That's how their stupid system is made. Now I can come back from a 2 week ban and get into one game and say like one or 2 things that could be considered "toxic" or "flame" and I'll get instantly perm banned right after if probably just even one person reports me.

Just because I came back from a 2 week ban and I was on a thin leash. That's how this stupid system works. I say that because I just came from this account being perm banned cause the idiot was flaming me half way in game to the end and troll grieving me following me since then and I got perm banned for it while he won't receive anything because I was on a "thin leash".

You had a prior 2 week ban before your perm, and we don't know where this other player is in their punishment tiers. Perhaps they are at the chat restriction levels still.

As for private messages, you opted in by adding a player you knew was toxic.
