So i got flamed by some people one game and i didn't take a close look to who it was before i just muted them. So after game i went and reported everyone since i didn't remember who flamed me. Then i started to wonder can i get punished for reporting falsely to much? I searched a bit but it was unclear for me so i decided to post this here.

No. There was some talk a long time ago about weighting reports, so that a lot of false reports would make your reports worth less, but that didn't work out. Since one report triggers the system to review a player's logs, there's no real way or need to give any weight to it.
So report as much as you like, and don't worry about it. If the player didn't do anything wrong, the report won't do anything either to you or the person you're reporting.
I now and then just report my whole team after the end of the game if I lose so I guess not.
