Hi Riot, recently I had a game with 4 premades.

Obviously all of them said "open mid" at 9 minute and stood in base. I have reported all of them for griefing and I expect you right now to ban all 4 of them. For the last 30 fucking games I'm playing with premades ONLY! Can I finally start playing with solo players?

Every single fucking game I'm getting those lads who obviously troll. They dance in dragon pit, they leave after 0/10, they stand in base and w8 for end at 7th minute. Every fucking game I always have to play with some kind of premades.

What is my problem? It's fucking simple -> I CAN'T PLAY A NORMAL REGULAR GAME!

Every time I'm trying to continue playing I'm called a tryhard and all 4 of them always start calling me names and offending my mother and me. Obviously I report each one of them after a game, but are my reports doing anything?? NO BECAUSE THEY GET 1 REPORT EACH, but what's funnier I AM THE ONE THAT IS PUNISHED, BECAUSE AFTER THE GAME I'M GETTING 4 REPORTS FROM THEM!!!

This new honor system is the most fucking %%%%%%ed thing that you have came up so far BECAUSE INSTEAD OF REWARDING GOOD PLAYERS IT PUNISHES THOSE WHO ARE TRYING TO WIN.

What is the point of me trying to win, if in 10th minute I'm called a tryhard, my chat is full of offensive comments about my mother and at the end of everything I'm losing honor, meanwhile those 4 that have stood in the base and trolled whole game ARE NOT PUNISHED AT ALL, all of them honor one guy in their team and in fact that guy gets his honor increased.

Then what is the point of playing this fucking game if I AM THE ONE WHO GETS PUNISHED FOR TRYING TO WIN THE GAME, MEANWHILE THOSE WHO TROLL ARE REWARDED.

They will say that they play for fun, because dancing in baron pit is fun for them, BUT IS DANCING IN BARON PIT THE OBJECTIVE OF THE GAME OR IS IT THE WINNING OF THE GAME?

Right now the honor system is in a pathological state where all those who are actually good at the game gets punished and those who have friends that will honor them after each game unlock prizes. Except that sometimes you want to honor more than only one player because this is a team game and sometimes the whole team was working hard to achieve the win, BUT YOU CAN'T BECAUSE I'TS THE NEW COOL HONOR SYSTEM WHERE ONLY ONE CAN BE HONORED AND THE REST THAT WORKED HARD IS LEFT WITH NOTHING, and on the other hand sometimes everyone sucked so hard that you actually don't want to honor anyone.

So we are left with two situations -> one when you don't want to honor anyone, and one where you can honor only one although more players did well.

I don't care how you will do that, but I expect those 4 getting honor level decreased for grief.

You should answer yourself a question what kind of player is a good player: The one that tries to win or the one that has "fun" dancing in baron pit calling others tryhards, and having 3 premades with him that will honor him after the game and rep anyone who actually does objectives.

If the second option is your answer well since now I'm dancing in a baron pit, or in base or I troll every game and I don't want any ban, because if Riot supports this kind of acting, that will clearly mean that winning the game is no longer the main objective of the game and it should be replaced by "having fun"

At the very end let me present MY idea of a new honor system.

A system where you can honor anyone who did well ticking specific boxes what he did well.

Maybe he did most of the objectives, maybe he carried, maybe he was always there when you needed him. There is no more option like " o yeah he was a nice guy" BECAUSE THE GAME IS NOT ABOUT BEING NICE, IS ABOUT FULFILLING YOUR PART OF THE JOB WELL RESULTING IN WIN.

BESIDE THAT, after a game a special A.I. is reviewing his game comparing the player decision making with the most optimal decision in such situation. For that, such player gets an extra honor reward FOR BEING A GOOD PLAYER, NOT A GUY THAT "HAS FUN", THIS TIME WE ACTUALLY REWARD PLAYERS FOR THEM BEING GOOD AND DOING RIGHT THINGS.

Where to get such info? Pro matches and their decision making should be fine.

People who grief and troll get bans, straight forward - If you don't understand the rules of game -> don't play it. There is no such thing as "dance in the base" in games objectives, therefore such player should get what he deserves, no matter if he got 3 honors from his premades.

Sounds like a heaven? IKR, because it is heaven. I dream about a system that will reward THOSE WHO ACTUALLY TRY TO WIN AND DO THEIR BEST, RATHER THOSE WHO ARE NICE GUYS, BECAUSE FROM WHAT I CAN REMEMBER -> THIS. GAME. IS. NOT. ABOUT. BEING. NICE.

Which is all it takes to trigger a review of the game.

1 report, 4, 9, the number doesn't matter. If you didn't do anything wrong, you won't get punished.

You aren't, unless you do something punishable.

Your honor increases every game you play, regardless of if you get honored or not. Honors increase the rate a little bit, but not by that much. Honors from players in a premade count for even less.

For a long post about the new honor system, you don't seem to know how the new honor system works.

Honor and skill aren't one and the same. You're rewarded with MMR increases or LP for winning games for playing well. You're rewarded with honor for being honorable.

That's already the case. Minimum punishment for non-chat related infractions is a 14 day suspension.

League is first and foremost a video game intended to be played for enjoyment. Being nice contributes to players having a good time and makes the game more enjoyable. If someone is a complete asshole, I'm not going to enjoy playing with them even if they hard carry. You can be nice while trying to win, the two aren't mutually exclusive.

I looked at your profile and match history. You've been playing mostly Nexus Blitz and ARAM this month, which is okay, but you probably shouldn't try to use your recent experiences as justification for new initiatives and changes to existing systems.

Further, it seems you're basing your feelings on how you think the IFS works, rather than how it actually works. The short version is that, no, premades don't have outsized influence over your honor gains and their reports do nothing unless you've actually been toxic, which shouldn't be a problem.

Post-game honors don’t do nearly as much for your honor level as playing a game and not being reported for toxicity does. Getting honored by people in your premade team does even less than that.

As for your AI plan - how would you even code something like that?

Maybe you should test your beliefs and start dancing and trolling every game calling everyone try hards. I guarantee you will realize you were wrong. I dont know what your deal is, but your experience sounds unusual and its really affecting your opinion of the game in an irrational way. I guess if youre being honest then youre not wrong. I would quit the fucking game if thats what it was like for me. Luckily, I never experience that. So idk what to tell you... that sucks. Hope it gets better for you cuz this game is fun af.

Btw, in my experience (again for some reason its quite the opposite of yours) the reward for trying hard to win, is winning games. The punishment for trolling and griefing, is losing and getting bans. Honor really has nothing to do with it. People honor for different reasons and it doesnt affect you in game in any way. (Also, i obviously dont believe your exaggerated claims.)
