Constantly Abused & Riot Never Takes Action

I have been constantly abused and harassed verbally, racially and sexually through my recent games. However, the tribunal report system has a bug in case I have premades on my team, while I ask them to stop harassing at the end of the game they group report me and the place of the victim and criminal (yes, abusing is a very serious criminal activity in my country) switches instantly since riot portal only reviews the reports based on the number of people reporting the same player without checking up the real content and surprisingly I get banned with an email containing messages which I have sent such as "Please stop abusing me", "Keep this community clean", "stop raging and bullying other people online" and all kind of messages with a similar context to prevent any further harassment.

It is truly discouraging that the system implemented to filter the toxic player is based on bugged algorithm, while the real toxic and harassing players easily get away without even getting a notice, in this case victims have to suffer consequences on top of getting bullied and harassed in a game which is supposed to be a fun and interactive environment. I have constantly stopped playing for weeks in a hope to get a better experience while I am playing a game that I like, however every time that I return to playing the level of abuse and harassment is increased. In my recent games I have had supports who troll pick their champ and take cs and last hit kills and when I ask them to stop this toxic behaviour instead of cooperating they start flaming, raging and abusing. Ultimately, I leave my lane to prevent any further abuse which leads to losing the game and getting exhausted over immature behaviour of certain individuals who never respect the summoner code.

The present reporting tribunal and ban system has many shortcomings which frustrates players like me, with a positive attitude, who are only here to have some fun while playing their favourite game.

I really hope I can get some answers regarding the algorithm of the banning system, which in this case, acting based on the number of reports on a player is extremely corrupted and absurd.

Look at the poor little victim...... poor you.

Okay, let's get serious for a moment; Report toxic players and move on to the next game, that is the only thing you can and should do.

Why're you talking about your race and sexuality in the first place? If you don't talk about it, less food for the trolls..

Lets address a few things first, group reports mean nothing if you haven't done anything wrong. Riot has repeated stated that it is the number of games you get reported in that counts towards a punishment. Meaning, if a bunch of premades report you in 1 game, it counts as 1 report. You'll need more than 1 report to get you punished.

and surprisingly I get banned with an email containing messages which I have sent such as "Please stop abusing me", "Keep this community clean", "stop raging and bullying other people online" and all kind of messages with a similar context to prevent any further harassment.

So before we move on to the rest of your post, lets have you post your chat logs and see how you asked them to stop. Fighting toxicity with your own toxicity means that you are also toxic, and grants people valid options to report you.

So, Logs please.

Taking CS isn't trolling. I'd do that if I find that my ADC isn't an ADC, but a ADW (AD Weight) and someone else needs to carry instead.

Then again, how you ask them is a matter. Post your logs please.

To bad you are playing on a server in the US? Calling a person random names in america does not equal being a bully. Calling a gay person a f*g on the street is poor taste but again not illegal(non business).

To be a bully you have to have consistent access to harass them. A one time event (a game) does not count.

What i want to know is what the fuck are you saying in game to get people come at you, like you do. You literally have to be baiting people to get have consistent problems in game.

My advice is change what you are doing since you seem to be the common factor in these games. You are doing something that is triggering people then get offended later.

In a pre-game lobby do not say anything. Once the game starts type /ignore all

All the crap that would of been said is now gone. When the game is over wait about a min before exiting to the post game window..... The mute function doesnt work there and there will always be toxic crap in there too.

Do this and suddenly you are toxic free. Is it stupid that you have to resort to this kind of this? Oh yeah. But it has been this way for 6 years and will never change.
