Off Meta-picks

I know that the image of league is supposed to be trying new picks and and using different builds, but when it comes to multiple games that evolve around stuff like vayne jungle can we start drawing lines? I understand that Ezreal jungle is a thing, so on and so forth but it's really not fun for me when I see constant off meta picks that do terrible. I'm all for trying new ideas but I feel like there's a certain line that can be crossed when it comes to off meta.

The line is playing support with smite and counterjungling. All other off-meta picks are allowed.

There’s not a line. If there were a line, then ezreal jungle wouldn’t be a thing, brand support wouldn’t be a thing.. so many things wouldn’t be a thing if you drew some arbitrary line.

The line is this: did they play their role? If so, it’s permissible, no matter how bad they do. If they didn’t play the role assigned (ex: if they jungle when they were assigned support or similar), that’s when it becomes possibly punishable.

There is no line if you want to play meta serious then you should only play with a pre- made and stay out of solo casual or ranked ques.
