Authentication Error when signing in after In Queue bug

A bug occurred in queue, when I was stuck in the "Match Found: Accept / Decline" pop up after accepting the match that left my league client on the pop up screen while my queue partner stated that I was in the champion select lobby. After I closed out my league client on the Match found pop up, I could no longer Log in to the League Client as it would be stuck on the Authentication, and the following message "An unexpected error has occured while logging in. Please try again... etc." I reinstalled my League client and ran it as an Admin multiple times and so far no progress. Any thoughts on my next step?
