TrulyBland2 votesFor one, report calling is actually considered negative behaviour by now. Secondly: The system doesn't just work by scanning bad words. Dunno how good the system is at detecting it, but negative attitude like that is technically covered by the unsportsmanlike behaviour option. I wouldn't expect much of it, though, since that kind of behaviour is probably only considered mildly negative (if at all)... meaning unless they pull that off every single game, or they occasionally also do other kinds of punishable stuff, it's unlikely to result in punishment.

Its cyber bullying because player A is making false accusation that player B is toxic and player B did not say any abbusive words. However , player A, is showing in evidence through chat that he is harrasing player B so therefore, it is not only cyber bullying but encourage others to falsify a report in behalf of player A..

It has nothing to do with what you do/dont do. It's only what people feel that matters to Riot.

for me i have had this issue all my life. i am some what anti social. i hate small talk , i think it is fact and false and pointless, i dont like being force to be polite just to be polite. some say im negative i say im not im a realist if something looks like shit and smells like shit then i call it shit i dont put a positive go lucky glass half full spin on it. if something sucks then by all means it sucks.
we need to quit living in a world of medication and mode/emotion stabilzers just cuz you dont think happy thoughts and dont want to be friendly.
im not rude, i dont say offensive things. but due to the complete emotional apathy i have im perceived as a negative nancy.
but still i carry on cuz i am Mr Fawkn Sunshine.

Look at the countless threads with people acting like most normal people and each one being told that their being scumbag human beings. You even have people who played with all friends and one stranger and that stranger would get the person banned because his chat with his friends offended them. It doesn't matter if someone's nice. As long as people get offended, the "nice" person is toxic. This is included if you mute everyone and say nothing. Someone is offended by you not saying anything, report you as being uncooperative and administer punishment because people dont like you muting them.
But what do I know? Im a toxic piece of crap being told so every chance they get. I dont try to offend anyone, Riot/Community doesn't care. Im sorry if my post offends anyone. It's never my intention to do so. Being positive is impossible for me...
