Im Friends With A Troll And The League System Isnt Banning Him

So im friends with a person who has multiple accounts banned. All of them have received some sort of punishment. Recently(yesterday) I decided to play a ranked game with the person. Said person proceeded to instant lock Garen into Quinn. In-game Garen fed hard into Quinn. After that, he typed ff at 15 or I'm running it down

Now like I said I was duo with this person, I told the team that he wouldn't do it and to mute and focus on the game. My duo then said bet, then proceeded to run it down my lane.

So my friend got banned, obviously, but here is the catch 22. I have my friends other account added on my friend's list. He's already beginning to int and troll again. He has two permabanned accounts and has gotten 4, 2-week suspensions.

Now what im asking is if I can get this other account banned before he ruins more games for innocent players. He seems to not get the idea that he isn't wanted in the league community. I am a close friend with him on the real world, and this game has been taking a toll on his health for months now.

Please do yourselves the favour of removing this extreme toxicity from the game

you can submit that to the player support at https://support.riotgames.com

This is a community forum and we don't have any power to change the standings of accounts.

Unfortunately the only option is to wait for the system to ban said player for the behavior. Unless someone has an ID ban, preemptively banning isn't practiced.

You may need to remove his account names, I am not sure if it violates the no naming and shaming rule of the boards if said accounts are already permad.

Don't post about it here, that friend will probably find your post here and bother you about it. Plus it's against the rules to name and shame other accounts on the boards.

Your best bet is to submit a support ticket to Riot here: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us

They can investigate the player and deal with them appropriately.

Message Riot Support and explain that he has a history of repeatedly ruining games for others with screenshots and matches pointed to if possible and mention all related accounts to them as well and they might do something.
