Ban Appeal: njry

I quit playing my account over a year ago, "njry" and in that time it appears it was hacked or/and hacked and sold to some dude who decided to bad mouth people and get it perma banned. How can I appeal this ban and get my account back? I spent many hundreds of dollars on this game SINCE BETA and it is ludicrous that some hacker can single-handedly ruin it.

Also, I tried submitting a ticket a while back via the online help center on LoL's website but I couldn't find an appropriate category, so I submitted under the account reactivation title and explained the situation in the text. I got sent a generic password reset link that I followed, reset my password but my account is still perma banned. Please help!
