I know nobody gives a "beep" but help me out.

(THIS IS NOT A JOKE LEAGUE OF LEGENDS HAS IDIOTS LIKE HIM AND HE IS NOT THE ONLY ONE!) If you're reading this I hope you're not like him too. As I am writing this I am being bombarded by some idiot who is ACTUALLY incapable of normal speech, like no joke. I would screenshot this but I would need to block his name so many times it wouldn't even be funny. The guy only knows mom jokes and every other insult you've heard before in LoL. I would share his name but whenever I've done that before everyone would just jump me for exposing an idiot to the community. (Seriously they deserve it) I can quote a few "lmao worthless ***** get carried" "lmao uninstall and kill yourserlf *****" ur mom jokes etc. Now the problem is not him but the fact that I foolishly accepted his friend request AND CAN'T REMOVE HIM. For some reason I am unable to remove him from my "friends" list, blocking and removing doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?
