Report system pre-game lobby
Holy shit why hasn't riot put this in yet? Some idiot banned the champ I had hovered because he wanted my role. Congratulations riot. Your system that you promised would fix all the problems of pre-game lobbies failed.

People can ban who they want, couldn't really report/ban someone for using a feature riot put in the game.
