Report system pre-game lobby
Holy shit why hasn't riot put this in yet? Some idiot banned the champ I had hovered because he wanted my role. Congratulations riot. Your system that you promised would fix all the problems of pre-game lobbies failed.

actually you can, you can do it after if you manage to stomach a game with said player and report for unsportsmanlike behavior. When you tell people who you plan to play then they ban that champ, that's being a dick and is report worthy.
