Ive already submitted a support ticket, it looks like someone has been using my account without my knowledge for about the past month. Even posting here on the forums looking to play. Just wondering if this has happened to other people?

Yeah this happened to me.. I got a 14 day ban and I couldn't get on my account after it was up. They said there was a visual error and someone else had been playing on my account being verbally abusive so now I'm perm banned. Their logic is truly outstanding! :)
