Plat Player (All Roles) Looking for Team

I can play any role. My current team i feel is lacking communication. Im looking for a team that plays daily, and is looking to climb up the ranks. Teamspeak preferred, plat + preferred. My roles i would order in best to worst are: jungle>adc>mid>top>support. Reply here, do not add me.
