well here is the thing :

after 2 week ban is perma ban

considered your self a very very fat boy on thin ice at the 1st of spring

the wrong step will lead to death ( of your account )

you will be on thin ice for a long period of time, most likely til you get to lvl 2 honor again. so the slightest toxic, infraction , etc that is legit will perma ban you.

yeah ive been permad a thousand times i have mental problems and sometimes wish i could just die bc my brain is defective. im a defective human tbh and dont deserve to be still alive.

if you cant say anything nice dont say anything

treat others as you want to be treated.

if you follow those you will be fine.

you arent the only one with issues, trust me.

i have genetic blood disorder that leaves me with a chronic illness, i have thyroid disease , i suffer from depression/anxiety, i have multiple sleep disorders, im anti social. and that is just barely the tip of the ice burg.

honestly only 2 atm

my thyroid medication and medication for the depression/anxiety

i suffer from chronic fatigue due to all my medical issues, i have sleep apnea , and suffer from insomnia. as far as my blood disorder their is no medication or treatment for it.

i have the option of removing my spleen, bone marrow transplant and blood transfusion

do you use one of those apnea machines at night to help you breathe? I forget the name of them... also, aren't all of those procedures extremely risky?

and no . i go to a sleep doc on tuesday, i would rather not have one so im looking into alternatives

they can make an oral device ( similar to a retainer ) to wear at night to help. it basically keeps your tongue from falling back into your throat as you sleep blocking your air way. that is part of the issue, another is having a big neck, cuz when you sleep your muscles relax and the weight of neck can restrict the air flow,

other corrections include surgical as removing tissue in nose to increase nasal passages ( as a kid i had the glands in my nose removed to being too large ) or there is surgical correction with the tongue changing how it sits in the mouth when you sleep. also there is a newer treatment with high frequency waves not 100% how that works.

i happen to be a stocky thick muscular guy. so i have a large neck , i also have issues with sinus and allergies really bad

but for real, OP, if you have that much trouble with self-control and your thoughts, go see a therapist. If youre vomiting eveyrthing you eat, you'd probably go see a stomach doctor so if youre vomiting everything you think, you should go see the thought doctor too. your logs are full of threats, suicide jokes, insults, flaming, and terrible behavior.
