My Account Just Got Perma-Banned Without 1 Warning

Game 1: To be honest, this one is not even that toxic. Almost 90% of this is me saying the same thing the enemy top laner was saying to me to try and tilt me.

Game 2: This one is basically the same thing but with a team mate. I asked a simple question of why elise hasnt ganked top at all when i have been calling out all these sums hes been using. Yet she gets mad that I asked her that and started flaming me. Then a little later on she would just run it down my lane and give darius kills.

Game 3 We literally had 2 inters this game, Voli and Yasuo. Even the Xayah and Fiddlesticks agreed with me to report them for inting.

I get that I was punished for being toxic while I was tilted for having people on my own team flame me for stupid stuff. But I was not even given 1 warning? Not a chat restriction, no 25/10 in-game chat restriction, no 1/14 day ban? You guys just jumped straight to a perma ban? How is this even fair? Was I really that severely toxic to be given a perma ban without a warning?

The title of this post is wildly inaccurate.

This is your 4th penalty. You escalated through the entire schedule: 10-game CR 25-game CR 14-day ban (where you were told the next would be a pema) Perma-ban

Only 3 chat logs are given in reform cards, but the system also tracks all of your recent notable negative games. 25% of your games are considered toxic, and could potentially result in a penalty.

I see in a later post on this thread you say you never had a 14-day ban. You did.

I'm relieved I read this. I'm always worrying that I go too far when I have bad games (they happen to everyone) and I might someday get perma-banned without warning.

Grats, those punishments were probably from like last year. Because I didnt play on this account for months, then when I came back my first penalty was a perma ban. I was told warnings and what not reset after about 6 months.

Then you were misinformed. It's a combination of time and games played. Besides, that would still mean you lied about not having received previous punishments. You very directly stated that you were

not even given 1 warning? Not a chat restriction, no 25/10 in-game chat restriction, no 1/14 day ban?

You might blame misinformation for not being aware that you could still be permabanned, you cannot blame that misinformation for actively lying to people. If you had been honest from the get go you even would have had your answer as to why you were permabanned a lot quicker.

Those are the real chat logs tho. I dont remember any warnings happening on this account, and if there was, most it couldve been was a 10 game chat restriction.

I was simply calling for Tantram. You don't have any real proof the logs arent edited, but there would be no point in posting edited chatlogs, so I believe you. But I wanted to call for Tantram anyways to shed some light on the situation.

If what you say is true, then this shouldn't be a perma. But then again we don't know the whole story.

  • Don't know if these are uneditted logs
  • Can't see your pre/post/out of game chat
  • Can't see your actions ingame
  • Don't know your behavioral history

That wouldnt do it lol. If you look at it, it says i bought all tears like a minute before the game ended. I cant say exactly what happened, but odds are my whole team died and we got stuck in fountain.

Even in the last minute of the game, all the system might see is the fact that you have 6 Tears and not worry or notice about the circumstance (of the game being over basically) and ban you for that in addition to the chat logs.

The system won't punish you for selling all items and buying tears the last minute. It's more advanced than that. It has access to all information we have and more.

See that is what I would think too, but I am also considering bans from chat. I understand it is a slightly different bag of worms, but if I repeat what is being said to me; I can still get banned.

No the system also gets context from chat. You can repeat something someone else said, and the system will know. People often assume the system to be simple, and only scan for specific words, but that is simply not true. It is a machine learning wonder and get gather context and punish based on feedback from Riot and the community.

Scenario:

Someone called me a %%%got. He will get banned, since this is not OK. In that game I type: "Hey, remember to report xxx, he called me a %%%got." I will not be punished, that is fine.

Had I typed: "report xxx, the retard called me a %%%got" I will get punished, since this is nok OK.

The game ended 20:23. You sold your items at 17:13. That's 3 minutes. That's 1/7 of the whole game?!?!?!?

True. I agree with u. Thats why i didnt link those games where u bought minute before end. This game however u bought tears at 17:25 first. I have had players like u in games, who just sit on fountain to preserve their KDA, spamming "report this, report that", flaming team and buying nonsense. And your chat log matches that.

CAN YOU STOP SAYING GG BEFORE THE GAME IS ACTUALLY OVER. People like you are so frustrating to play with. It's as if you've never heard of comebacks. I've watched so many games where teams have an open nexus and haven't taken a single enemy tower yet they've come back. The amount of throws in this game are unbelievable. The game isn't over until the nexus blows up and you need to fix your mentality. I swear, I wish saying gg in certain situations becomes a reportable offense for negative attitude.
