Hey board People. At first: Sry for bad english, ist my 4. language and I don´t use it often, so mistakes will be made.

I want to make this post, because I am a bit sad. Sad because our supernice LoL-Playerbase.

Im a Taric-Main . But as you can see i dont Play Support. I go top and jung with him. He is my best champ and i have a god Overall Performance with him.

2 Days ago i started to DuoQ with my friend to reach platinum.

As you can see, we did 11 ranked games.

I got my Taric 9 Times. I won all of them. I had supergood stats in evry game and even got my first Penta with Taric http://i.imgur.com/yTOxFIH.jpg?1

So you say i could be happy about it? You ask me why i make this post?

It´s because of all the flame I earned in championselect.

"Taric is not even a champ." "You will lose us the game." "GG TARIC TROLL." "REPORT TOP TROLLPICK. " "FUCKING USELESS PICK." "Learn real champ."

In 8 of my 9 Taric-games i got insulted and flamed to death. we had to Queue up like 4 times for a game, because People left championselect after they saw my pick. The game i went Support I locked in Toplane, but Akali said she doesn´t wanna lose because of Off-Meta-Asssholes like me. So I tried to help my Team and went bot.

Here is my Question now: How can i prove them I´m not trolling with my Off-Meta-Picks?

They dont care about my outrageous matchhistory or the words of my premade friend. They Keep insulting and flaming and leaving all because i dont wanna Play a LCSBIGCHAMPION. Im rly sad to see this in every game. It sucks out a lot of fun from me. How can i climb up the latter, if they dont let me pick my best Champion in my best role?

Tell me guys. How do you get your Offmeta picks without flame? How do you Show them you are sirious.

Not a champion, eh? I'm sure Riot would disagree. They designed the character and put Taric in the game. I'd say he's a champion.

I don't see a lot of games played with him. Nor have I watched a pro match that used Taric. But there are a lot of characters that are not used much. It's player preference. I don't see a lot of WoW players picking troll characters. But they are out there!

Fun fact Taric is actually number 19 in Lolking rankings on winrate . Leona, Soraka and many many more other champs perceived as strong champs are under him.

If they say that taric it's not even a champ then they are so low that they don't even deserve your attention. If you feel like taric is your best champ to win then i don't see any reason to don't pick him. I hate with a special passion people that try to make me pick the champ they want, it can be the most op champ ever released but if you don't feel comfortable with it then you will surely end up doing bad.

I bathe in the flames. It cleanses my spirit of all negativity and delivers me untold passions much like the reptile sunning on a rock. Nothing gets me off tilt faster than raging someone out for no reason. It's like, lol, that guy is tilted even harder than I am!

you cant prove anything. in season 3 i was destroying top lane with taric and leona. even when i was 24/0/8 (yea that happened) 2 of my teammates still said "well you carried. but only because you ks and troll. still reported" just ignore those ignorant idiots and keep rocking!

Man, everyone tells me I can't play Gnar in the jungle but I do it all the time. I don't carry with it ever; but that's because I can't carry. Like, as a player, even if I'm the most fed on the team, I just don't know how to carry. That's a player-flaw, not a flaw in my champ/role. Good on ya mate, grats on the pentakill. taric top is sleeper op. i thought i was the only one playing him.

the sustain and waveclear is op. just sit in lane and farm until late game where you're an unstoppable tank with heals, damage boost, and point and click cc.

You can actually feel sorry for that person.He is kind of person who pick champions from patch to patch,because he can't do shit without op and meta champions.

Those people do not play for fun,they play only for one single reason,which is to troll and brag in chat,when other teammates do not play as they would like them to.That's their ego food,because they are insecure in real life.Do not give up,play champions you like,even if its your first time playing champion,you are there for yourself and to make sure YOU have fun.No one but you leveled your account,no one but you bought skins,and no one invested time into your account but you.

I honestly laugh at people getting mad just because i don't play their way.

Too many people in this game think they invented it,and they can do as they please.Every single game there's one new rule,and you have to obey it or you getting reported (example for ganking a bot lane at level 3 and killing both enemies) you are 'reported' because you aren't supposed to gank before level 6.

Sorry to hear about your poor experiences recently. Unfortunately there's not much you can really say to convince them that you can play X champion fairly well. If those players would rather be jerks and claim that you're trolling when you're not then you know what? Their loss, not yours. Also, it's funny you should mention the LCS, as ROCCAT actually played Support Taric in their game VS. Team Vitality on Day 2 (Spolier Alert: They won), so now those kinds of trolls have even less to go on now that Taric has been recently used in pro play.

But yeah, the only thing you can do is to try to just prove them wrong with your gameplay on him, and if they continue to be jerks about it then that's their fault and problem, not yours. Just remember to report them if they decide to harass you over it, as regardless of what they think harassing someone over their unique non-traditional pick is not acceptable at all, ever.
