This is the post game chat from a ranked game I just played. This kind of thing should not be tolerated, even as a joke. In an age of "SWATing" and such, crazier stuff has happened

Well, asking for reports is flagged as negative by the IFS, so if that continues, those who engage in that behavior will eventually earn punishments.

But, it seems that you're considering "you're on my list" as a death threat. It is not a death threat without additional steps. Nothing needs to be done in relation to that.
