Can't log on to support to report a bug

So clearly I can log on to my account. I'm posting here right now. Every time I try to log on to support, the SSO redirects and logs me out. Thus I cannot submit any tickets for bugs such as this one....

I have recreated this bug on multiple computers and multiple browsers [Edge, Firefox, and Chrome]. Cookies and history have been cleared, repeatedly. Anyone else experiencing this?

Any solutions or workarounds anyone knows about?
