How can I convince Riot my permaban was false?

So I was banned for using 3rd party programs on February 11th in a ban wave. Other during that ban wave were banned wrongly and many did get their accounts back. I have sent a support ticket pretty much every day trying to tell them that I have never used any 3rd party programs or any kind exploits and I keep getting mostly the same responses. I have given them plenty of information on my end of my system and programs that I do use but I just feel like I'm never going to get my account back because of this. I used to play every day and I'm playing now on a side account but I've lost all my masteries and champion skins. My desire to play the game goes down every day and I feel completely lost.

If you send multiple tickets, you'll only bump yourself back in the line. Send one and be patient.Nothing else you can do unfortunately.

If they haven't responded to your ticket yet, have a little patience. They get thousands of tickets every day, sometimes it does take a little longer to respond, especially in matters like this where a manual review would need to be done. If you honestly didn't use any cheats or let someone else play on your account, you have nothing to worry about.

As far as we know the players which got wrongly banned are already playing again. Means who is still banned got judged guilty. Nothing we can do about that, it's up to the player support.

Playing lol via steam. Discord overlay active. Got reported over 100 times for scripting and never got banned for cheating and I play since season 1. So when I see ppl saying they got banned for cheating and saying they are innocent... Well it's annoying. If you were that innocent they would of rechecked and unaban you ages ago...
