Unskilled player report option back

I was wondering if you guys could bring back the report option for unskilled player, when I see an unskilled player I would like to report them for that if they fed on accident or just unskilled as the title says, because I don't want to report intentional feeding if they aren't doing that in the first place.

...or just don't report? What's the problem with taking somebody who did poorly in one match - not on purpose - just not being reported?

Doesn't matter. New, old, whatever. Schematics.

This game has sections where the "unskilled" as you call it, can play. It's called "normal." Likewise, skilled players also have their own private little section. It's called "ranked."

Your idea is horrible. Period.

If you don't want to play with someone again who you feel is sub par, play ranked and make your own exclusive teams. League developers have already stated that they do not have block lists because it messes with the queue system. But if you want half an hour queues while waiting for a team, I suppose that is your choice...

Thanks, that's what I was trying to say. No, an unskilled report didn't affect the next game, but if a player received enough of them consistantly, the system would notice they weren't just getting butthurt loss reports and tweak mmr gains/losses to move them towards where they should be.

No, it did affect mmr (I remember seeing Red posts, but don't have the links). It just took a lot of reports, and was only a slight adjustment.

A "report option" suggests you want to turn a player in to Riot for an offense. If you want to never party with someone again, you want to add them to a block list.

Be more specific in the future.

I'll delete / edit my posts. But the idea is still bad.

Ok, ok. Yes, I've made some grammatical mistakes here. But my point is made none the less.

I meant to say "semantics." Not schematics.

In the early seasons, it added an extra data point in tweaking the matchmaking system. If someone got enough unskilled reports, it would take that to mean the player was being placed in games beyond his or her abilities and adjust their mmr down. Riot probably has enough data to be reasonably confident the system no longer needs that particular source anymore.

They said no one was ever punished for this so it's not really a useful report function to have.

All unskilled player reports did was make sure you don't get matched with them again, it wasn't a bannable offense, calm down both of you lol. I mean calling me a jerk for my own opinion? Not cool bruh

Once again if you actually read what I wrote, no one gets punished dude lol. That's your opinion lols
