Dodge or AFK

I entered a ranked game with three other buddies, and as soon as we got in the lobby, the fourth player instantly says "someone dodge or i'll afk." We proceed through the pick and ban phase while this player is continuing to tell one of us to dodge, saying it is his revolution for the poor League of Legends community... so ultimately I decide playing the game isn't worth the risk and dodge the game, as my 3 lp loss is nothing in comparison to the overall 80lp my friends and I would have lost together for losing a ranked 4v5...

Obviously this wasn't something I want to do - as future occurances like this or my computer/wifi having issues and making me accidentally dodge a game will result in larger punishments. There is also no way to report a player like this because there is no post game screen in which to do so. What am i supposed to do???

You took the action for your team's best interest. Alternately, if you sacrifice your teammate's benefits, you'd play the game, perhaps suffer the loss, but you get to report the player if he/she does go afk; in an ideal world, this player will then be permanently removed, and if everyone else does the same thing then eventually all players akin to the troll you ran into will go extinct, resulting in gaming community where you wouldn't suffer any longer.

However, we know that isn't happening either because riot is unable to detect all trolls, or it is too lenient with punishments (or both). I understand if they don't want to straight up delete a player from the community for what could be technical difficulties that result in inactiveness, but I believe if there's a chat to support intentional inactiveness or trolling then instant perma ban is a given.
