RIOT Response to missing lp/ip from shutdown

I know that many people didn't get ip/lp from a ranked win from a game in progress - I myself won a promo game at this time and it did not count... I am almost certain riot will not do anything about it, but hey riot team, some update, or you know, maybe even an apology for those who got shafted would stop this from coming up on the boards
