dodging

tonight I am having like 6 dodges, as I am writing this I am waiting for the next game to start again. I don't appreciate waiting 20 mins to get a game started. I have to assume there are bots that are dodging games or real people don't like the match ups so they dodge. Two suggestions set up some kind of human detection before entering champion selection and before accepting to enter champion selection. The other suggestion, make more severe penalties for dodging games. Perhaps losing ranked points.
