Tired of all the fuking verbal abuse i get.
The amount i get has led me to be a negative player (i wanan surrender ratehr than suffer 22+min of a super 1 sided match and/or toxic players)
use to never happen. heck had a posative w/l ratio back then..then ran into the shit fest of verbal abusers and downhill since then.
maybe 2 matches a month i actually get to enjoy.

They need to do soemthign about the root of it. to cure it not cover it up.

if they put themselves in my shoes they'd see why it is so bad.
"if they show" means they already did it. which is the point you can cover a wound, but it will still affect your mood.
and if RIOT wants "mute em" as cure then add me a mute every player not on my friends list option. as thats how it is for me anymore.

Muting is to benefit you immediately. You can be given the tools to improve the situation, but nobody can make you use it. Your reports will work on those people whether you muted them or not.
If you are so affected by the first rude word said, then I suggest typing "/mute all" immediately upon entering the match.

after match teams all report me for afk... had multiple enemies at nexus, one begin taric and zil, and rest of my team is dead.....so for not diving into a fight i'd of lived for .5seconds under hard CC they seem to think i am afk and want me reported..
and report system is semi useless. works at times but not always. I have been told to kill myself in game and not a single thing has happened to em (oh except for me posting a screenshot of it on forums and being banned myself for "shaming a player"...way to protect the ones who are wrong...
until you experience the sh*t I see nightly you can think muting solves it but it doesnt -.-

How do you know? You only get a notification when your report triggered a review and punishment. If their next game is the one that triggers the punishment then you will never get it, but your report still contributed to it. Saying things like that is bannable for the first offense, so no, they don't really get away with it unless it's a one-off thing and they rarely ever get reported.

Name & Shame/reporting is not allowed on the boards because the people here can't verify your claims. All you do is start a witch hunt that potentially does a lot of harm, whether that person is guilty or not. It also does no good even if the thread stayed up, because the boards moderators are not Rioters; they do not have access to player information outside the boards and cannot investigate or otherwise take action for your claims.
Also, you can say "shit". Cursing is not a problem, it's harassing players that is.

CrotchTickler1 votesThe whole to mute or not to mute has always been a double edged sword since communication is a major part of strategy. I remember a time where league was a much less toxic place and I honestly blame the streamers and YouTube's that publicly troll and make the game a negative experience for other players and don't get punished for it. Monkey see monkey do. Lead by example, focus on the win without grinding on our egos with a cheese grater. It's so simple to play a game without blasting your teammates or enemies with hate.
