Any Way to Contest AFK's?

I've had some problems with my internet lately that have caused me to AFK from games. Just recently I had a super weird frame-rate probem that caused my game to drop to 1-5 FPS whenever more than 2 champions where on the screen (or just two and a lot of minions). I had to restart, and when i went to restart my computer automatically went to update mode that forced me to AFK from the game. As a result, I've gotten a que restriction where I have to wait 5 minutes before queuing. I know it sucks for everyone else, but it's not as if I'm doing it on purpose. My fear is that another occurrence happens and I receive a ban. Is there any way to contest these things or is it impossible?

Just don't play ranked. ruined other peoples promo

There isnt anything you can really do, and seeing as how you know it is a problem, you are the only person to blame when you leave. Either fix the problem so you can continue to play, or stop playing and ruining other people game!
