I'm not too sure if they'll tell you if you're close to a ban, but you can always send in a ticket and see.

But for the most part anything that pertains to your account should be handled in a ticket. It's not really any of our business so Riot doesn't usually tell you stuff in the public forums (Aside from people telling Rioters that they are allowed to post their chat logs but that's the only thing I've seen). Privacy issues and all that jazz.
