How do you deal with "box" language?

So we all seen it before, in game chat ppl tying a bunch of boxes since it is in some form of language that are not able to shown correctly. Even if it does show correctly, probably cannot be understood. The worst case is when they type a few lines in English and then type the rest in box language for the rest of the game, to purposely prevent ppl to understand what they are saying instead of their queue partners.

I can speak, read and write in non-English, but I would never do that on League's NA server unless its a full 5 man queue that can understand it. I personally think its pretty rude to do so, but maybe I am just being crazy here. For all we know they could be praising your gameplay or flaming the hell out of you "behind your back". Is this refuse to communicate with team? Do you guys think its ok? So how do you guys deal with it?

Not on NA, but I wholeheartedly agree. EUNE is notorious for the fact that people don't speak English 80% of the time. It's so annoying. Even when I meet people from my country in-game, I still only talk in English. Better yet is when they start flaming you in whatever language.

#1. If you see boxes, they do too, when they are typing in boxes, no one else can read it, whether or not they have the language on their computer #2. Would you rather have people not communicating at all? or have people communicate in a different language, it's not reportable because they aren't refusing to communicate.
