People leaving during champion selection made me wait over 20 minutes for a match

I couldn't believe it. It's one thing to have it happen once in a blue moon, but people are leaving champion selection by the droves especially when they don't get the role they wanted and no one will trade with them. Other times it's because the hero they wanted got banned. As someone who only knows how to play two top lane heroes, I can sympathize with feeling like you're trapped in a bad situation but this is just unfair to everyone trying to play. I don't know about anyone else, but I firmly believe that if you're not good in a role like support or mid, then perhaps you should take the opportunity to learn. It doesn't mean you have to suddenly play that role all the time, but knowing how other roles work can make you better at countering and working with your teammates when you're playing your preferred role.
