Permanent suspension for legit no reason

Ok. So I'm on my phone and I randomly receive an email titled "Disciplinary Action from League of Legends!". So I open it and it says my account is banned till Fri, Jan 01 (The date I'm writing this is on February, 21, 2018, so I'm assuming its banned till next year?). Then, I log on to the LoL client to see what's up and I get a message on the login screen that my account has been permanently suspended. The last time I got a behavioural warning was last month and it was a 25 game chat restriction, which I already completed and I got a message telling me that I have unlocked loot again. Anyways, what I want to know is the reason for this ban. I didn't get any chat logs telling me what I have done to receive this ban and I got nothing in my email about this either. I did not give any one my account credentials so it is impossible for someone else to get it banned, and I am pretty sure I have not done anything since my 25 game chat restriction that is a bannable offense. Please look into this matter because I think Riot might have made a mistake, and banned the wrong person. Thank You.

Send a ticket to Riot Support. They will review the issue with you there.

The next Friday Jan. 1 is in 2021. What does the client say you were banned for? Reach out to support with a ticket if you need help finding out.

Maybe your account was hacked or something.

Can you tell us the year that goes with the ban date? Most of the years are actually a code, and we can tell you what it means if we know the year.

Since you didn't get chat logs in a Reform Card when you tried to log into the client, it was not a toxicity ban from the Instant Feedback System. It sounds as if it was probably a security lock because they thought your account might have been compromised.
