They don't unban people. Your chance to prove yourself was after your two week ban. You're allowed to make a new account to try again.
Also, the boards are for player discussion, not personal contact with Rioters. If that's what you want, you need to go through support (button at top of the page).
noone here can unban you and noone will.
first time ban sounds like 14day ban to me. just wait the 14 days. if its a permaban, you need to make a new account.
If you don't give any specifics or chat logs, nobody can help you.
