Sadly Riot does not unban players unless the ban was a total mistake. The account has been permanently locked, so I suggest creating a new one.

Getting reported for no reason is counted as an invalid report. If you did something wrong you will get punished based on a report, if you did nothing it will be dissmised.

it doesnt matter what they did. you got punished for your actions, no one else. You could have just muted them and it could have ended there. with you reporting them after the game. But you chose to continue the argument and (unless we get some chatlogs from you) for all we know you were just as worse as them. Lastly you dont know if they were ban as well. They could have been. Or just as you had, they werent as toxic as before so this is just their first offense, which means they could have gotten Chat Restricted first!

The system is automated on an algorythm but reports get checked manually to confirm if needed.

Only thing you can do is get your money back via PayPal / credit card chargeback / taking them to court. Good luck!

You can't get your money back. You signed the terms. You don't buy anything on your account. Technically you rent RP to unlock content for the duration of your account. Both RP and content belong to Riot, and since your account is banned, that RP and content are no longer available to you.

Are you kidding me ? So all of these 4 years in which I unlocked over 80 champions and got a few skins on it is done for ? This is the worst joke i've heard in awhile.

As i've said if there is anyone who could help me i will just mute them from now on ... there is no other way.Please help me,I'll make sure to respect the code this time !
