Game lobby spamming, Is there any way Stop or prevent this?

I think we all know that When we start a game with a bunch randoms, and the lobby chat Just explodes with 'Lane calling' Usually the simple and unwritten method for calling out the lane yours is just being the first who call it in the chat, but for some reason Some people do not settle for that, and spam the entire chat with this lane pick. Once you multiply it with 3-4 other players who uses the same system, you just get flooded with spam. no clue who's top, no idea who's mid and no idea what lanes/roles are left, becuase someone is spamming the chat. once you figure out who's who, you have very little time to pick your position and set up your build. Is there any way to prevent this? to limit the amount of messages with the same Context or even to limit how much messages that can be sent in in a short time? for someone who does not care about lanes and just picks the open spot like me, its not simple to dig in 'past' messages while the entire chat log fulled 3/2 letter Statements. I just want to play LoL, not win a bidding.
