Scored S- with a champ and i didn't got an Hextech Chest.

So i've scored an S- with Kindred for the very first time, and i didn't received the Hextech Chest. addition to that I did not got the customary golden frame that you get once you scored an S- or above with a champ, This makes me think it's a bug and so I'd be happy for a Clarification on the subject. Thanks.
