@Riot A Question About Razer Gaming Equipment

So I use a Razer Tartarus and Naga for gaming on my PC, and have been wondering about something since I got them. In order to use them you have to have your bindings through Razer's Synapse program. I have been wanting to know, is Razer Synapse going to get me banned for "use of third party programs?"

I have also been wondering if non game altering macros are allowed. Things like one button press for "CTRL+4" or "CTRL+3" or typing "GG" in the shape of GG like a lot of streamers do. ( I am assuming they use macros for that.) I understand being banned for macros that allow you to use your burst a lot quicker than you should be able to, but I was wondering if using them for mundane things like "/laugh"ing or mastery taunting is bannable.

ive been using my razer naga chroma since xmas'15 with no problems. i have ctrl binded to a key on the mouse just for lvling abilities quicker. binding and hotkeys shouldn't be an issue. my mouse is just doing what my keyboard does

Macros for things like chat messages and quick leveling aren't a problem (neither is binding item slots to mouse buttons). Macros are only banned when you set them to do a whole combo at 1 button press.

And no, Synapses doesn't count as a third party program, as it has nothing to do with League of Legends. It just controls the equipment
