Question about "punishment tiers"

Recently got a 14 days ban for a very valid reason. Now my question is: how long will it take to go down tiers? Now I don't want to know this so I know when I can flame again. I simply can't risk using the chat even though I'm mostly positive. I've heard that almost anything can trigger the perma ban. Will I ever go down to the "neutral" state that I had before my 14 days ban? Note that I had no punishments before my 14 days ban. I hear that it takes 9 months to go back at neutral state where my next punishment is a chat restriction. 9 months without talking to anyone in-game is gonna be kinda boring.

4-6 months maybe even 8 months best bet when you 14 day banned you need to tread very carefully, do not respond to any toxic chat if people start harping on you just mute chat,

Trust me I've learned my lesson about responding to toxic people. Had a guy flaming my whole team. Let's just say that I made a mistake after that.

I feel like I should change it tbh. After this I don't feel so honorable anymore...

You had a slip up, everyone does have one at one point. I used to cuss so much when I lost games, I blamed my real friends when I was in discord and told them it was their fault(never said it in game) but as i grew older I became better at playing and not blaming, whenever I lost I asked my self is there anything I could have done to make it better. I live with that motto, if I could have made something better we could have won the game, Yes there are games where 1 person is responsible for losing the game, usually its the jungler position and that is why I play jungle, I want to make sure that I have control of the game and being a jungle allows you to control the map. sorry I ran off on a tangent there.

In short think of a motto and stick to it, it has made me less toxic as a person and I am glad to have found a way to cope.

The reason I got a ban is because of a game with flame/toxicity. We had a jungler that wasn't really bad or anything but he flamed the whole team for the smallest mistake. That's where I lost it. Next time I'll just mute people like him.

3 through 6 months of regular playing without accruing too many valid reports will drop your account one punishment tier. That would put your next punishment at a 14 day ban instead of a perma ban.

3-6 months after that for a 25 chat restriction as the next punishment. 3-6 months after that for a clean slate where the punishment would be a 10 game chat restriction.
