How To Make The Chat Less Toxic (My ideas)

The only real reason the chat is needed is to time the enemy summoner spells and few other gameplay elements. With the new ping and alert system in works, the chat is gonna become even less necessary for gameplay, but people are still gonna use it to flame. I know that sometimes when some troll, feeder or flamer taunts you in an important game, it's hard to contain yourself. I've gotten in trouble for going back and forth with these people few times, these ideas and options are what I think can be effective.

№ 1 The option to disable the player chat from the menu. There already is an option to disable all chat, so why isn't there also an option to disable team chat? I know all it takes is to type /muteall, but you gotta do that in every new match, so it gets annoying for someone like me who plays a lot of games. Also maybe I want to be able to chat with the enemy team but not with my team.

№ 2 The ability to self mute, when someone is pissing me off it's very easy to click one button and unload my anger, so lets have a self mute option, BUT, it's gotta be located in the client menu so you can't access it during the game. After the game is over, I would go back to thinking rationally and keep the self mute option on.

№ 3 Imagine if everyone had a chat restriction all the time, obviously a person can't rage all game when they can't type more than 3 messages. When I had a chat restriction I never even said a word, I saved up the chat privilege for desperate moments when I needed to communicate. Players would use the chat more efficiently If everyone started the game with 5 chat uses and then gain more as the game progresses. If someone wants to rage they will just type 5 times and then be quite for a long time.

I've been playing for 4 years and I think these options can be effective, I was looking at it from my point of view, what can help and stop me from being reported.

Omg having to type /muteall every match the horror.

You're pretty much saying the same idea most people have pitched before. Not saying your idea is wrong, Riot just doesn't listen to non-toxic players. They only listen/give rewards to people who complain about non-toxic players.
