About the new honor reform
Will people below level 2 stay at the same checkpoints they are currently?

I can see it going two ways. Either they stay at their current percentage (so check point), and it's just easier from that point on. Or Riot could just be lowering the honor necessary to reach the end, which would mean everyone would receive a boost in progress.
My guess is that it would depend on how the honor system is programmed more than anything else.
