How to deal with bossy teammates

I was just in a game with Leona where the whole game he was just being bossy and having a superiority complex. Not really being toxic, but just harassing everybody on some misplay or bad call or etc.

If he made a mistake, it was 'we made a mistake', but that was rare to the rest of the game where he was just appropriating blame and deflecting criticism. Is it right to report that sort of behaviour as harassment?

I would let riot decide, I've seen chat logs like that get banned before depending. I just report and move on I don't even say stuff

It's kind of a grey area...

If you feel harassed, then report it and explain so in the message box provided. If not, then just mute him and move on with your life.

What you definitely don't want to do is use the report feature as a means to "get back at them" because that's not what it's there for.
