Asking for Reports

It is reportable to ask for reports, but how should the majority of the player base know this in any way shape or form? The only way I learned was by going on the forums

Being rude would obviously be reportable, but this isn't Please make it more obvious that this is reportable

Visibility (and the education part) of the behavioral system is currently very low.

When the new client is complete, Riot will probably release some new behavioral features. Hopefully a better education tool is one of them.

Asking for reports, is reportable its a form of toxic behavior, just think for example, person A doesnt like person B so person A tells person C to shoot person B, because person B was mean to person A, so person C shoots person B under false pretenses.

Thats mostly the reason why its reportable, because lies and bandwangoning exist.

You don't have to say "report this person", simply say in-game " this person is doing this, if its against your beliefs, please do the right thing."

You can't force someone to report and some people just don't give a fk and move onto the next game which you should be doing, they are words, if it affects your experience and gameplay so much simply mute them individually or /MuteAll , if they are actions in game that physically affect your gameplay in a way you cannot prevent, then report them

if done IN GAME yes. if you wait until postgame chat, it is not. however assuming you don't falsely report, it doesnt make a difference since reports don't stack per game

This is being downvoted because many people on this forum see a certain topic and assume they know the post's content.

I only learned this is reportable on the forums, too. I've had many opposing teams ask for reports, usually due to AFK's, and my team I hadn't even realized that person was AFK yet; here asking would _seem _useful. I'm also guilty of this myself, only stopping after seeing how it 1 report flags the game's chat just as much as 9 reports would (I think), which would multiple reports pointless.

You're absolutely correct that this needs more visibility -- same with the 1 report generating the same automated response per game as 9 would (if that is true). I think it's about time for Riot to make a behavioral post, explaining some of the things buzzing around the forum lately.
