can i report this guy? :(

so im playing karma with a lucian adc tht i never met until today yas gave first blood to enemy team when they invaded n then he said "ok our yas brain dmged" then he told me to report yas bc of that and i said this is just norms i dont think that should b reportable and this guy takes like 30 seconds to type stuff while im dying in lane bc my adc left me to type that in the tower so i got mad and i was like dude wtf u actually let me die it was a really good opportunity too bc thresh was getting hit by turret u can see here the clip of what he was saying to me https://ikon.gg/v/5d6b710e2863d30011876dd8 he was saying stuff like "so if i stay at turret its ok" "so u are saying that" "so that makes it ok to not help ur team" "im playing like yas" "u said it karma" AND HE KEEP INSISTING THAT ME AND YASUO ARE FRIENDS EVEN THO I NEVER MET HIM IN MY ENTIRE LIFE BEFORE

he kept saying that to me the entire game even tho i didnt say what he said i was sayin our yasuo even said "bc u guys are flaming i give up" bc our lucian literally was on him for no reason AND TRIED TO RUIN HIS EMOTION https://ikon.gg/v/5d6b71e02863d30011876de0 this made me lose my mind so i said hes donald trump and whoever birthed him should go to jail coz whatever he is shouldnt be legal he really was testing me tho and kept talking to me the entire game i know i shouldve muted but i was so mad i kept saying wtf i never said that and etc i only said 2 mean things :d i know he was trying to make me mad so he can report me

i told him that i will report him bc he kept flaming yas but yas was actually doing something and trying and he left lane to jungle and instead of backing he walked to fountain and said "im playing like yas" "you said this was ok karma" "you said it" I NEVER SAID THAT BTW . ALL I SAID WAS I DON TTHINK IT WAS REPORTABLE BC YAS JUST DIED FROM A INVADE after i said the mean words he told me thank u im gonna report u now u insult my mom etc coz he had evidence against me coz i said mean words and he didnt he only bothered me

so yea this all started because i expressed an opinion i hate him
