Had this problem too. held on waiting for it to load...or do ANYTHING. Gave up 10m after, ALT-F4'd the process, read the warning about dodging ranked matches.

Whatever is occurring, this worries me. My account took a hit for this because of problems NOT on my end.

will be using the hextech tool, getting the logs and sending those in to let RIOT know the problem was on their end.

I received a leave buster penalty of 20 minutes, counted as a lost on rank and made me lose my advancement game. please can you guys at riot fix this and at least remove the leave buster penalty from my account I just want to play the game.

same thing happened to me, lost the game and lost lp. I sent a ticket, but looks like this is an on-going issue as they just disabled ranked queues.

Same thing just happened to me for an ARAM match, I'm now staring at a champ select window at 0 seconds and everybody else has left.
