New Summoner's Code Question

In the old Summoner's Code there was this section about giving feedback to Riot:

Drive Constructive Feedback

"When you confront a problem you begin to solve it." -Rudy Giuliani

Player feedback is an important force in the decision making process of Riot Games. If you want to make your voice heard, taking the time to let us know how you’re feeling about the game is a good place to start. When you give feedback, make sure you take a holistic approach. If you only give negative feedback, you may find that the changes you influence detract from what you initially enjoyed. Moreover, people are simply more likely to listen if you present yourself in a calm, well thought out manner.

Simple Question: Could Riot tell me why this part about feedback was deleted from the Summoner's Code?

Cause most people just end up complaining about how broken something is after they got stomped in a silver game. The feedback was never critical of the game, it always just turned out to be complaining. For example, read through some of the boards post and go on /r/leagueoflegends

So that means that Riot don't want any feedback?

No, it means Riot wants actionable feedback, not "Yasuo OP, nerf!!!"

It means that when they ask for it, they open themselves up to a lot of spam and useless information. People who find problems with the game and bring valid evidence are far and few. They also get lots of attention from the community when they present the criticism, thus making good feedback surface quickly. It's just not needed to ask for feedback when the good feedback surfaces on its own.

The problem is that the useless spam "feedback" will posted in either case. ;)

And I play in EUW. There it doesn't seems that Riot reads the (useful) feedback in the boards. The german board (a big community in EUW speaks German) is more or less "Riot free zone".

And therefore I really want an answer from Riot itself. I think the question isnt' hard to answer. Someone deleted this section from the SC so I suppose there is a good reason.

They put out surveys often enough. You can give feedback there. You are also free to provide feedback on the forums.

I think they removed it because it didn't add anything useful.

Or maybe it was simply because it isn't a rule and it doesn't really fit in the summoners code, which is a set of rules, in the first place lol.

That could be a reason. But only Riot itself knows the real reason of this move. So I hope that Riot will answer soon.

The Summoner's Code is in my opinion the rule set how the communication behavior of all players should be. So the rules how to communicat with Riot fit really good in this place.

In EUW (where I play) it seems that Riot don't read the feedback and also don't answer when someone ask a question (a good question). So when Riot delete this section it really seems that they don't want feedback. I think that's the wrong signal.

But perhaps there is a good reason for this move. So I hope Riot could answer this question.

I don't visit the NA-board often. It seems that Riot comments rarely in the Player Behavior section.

It's very important for me to get the answer from Riot. Got someone any idea how to get one?
