It's terrible. I get flammed because I'm not doing well and then I defend myself and get a chat suspension or a temp ban. totally unfair. It's like we live in liberal america or something where even if you defend yourself, you get in trouble. Oh wait...

Does it matter? I started in S1 and never had any problems, either.

I have no issues with it, and Riot errs on the side of leniency rather than being too harsh.

I think it's perfectly fine. Sure it has it's flaws from time to time (nothing's perfect after all), but it gets the job done in reforming or getting rid of jerks who like to verbally abuse and harass others.
