These are things Riot says are not ok to type into chat. Please read.

I was recently suspended for 2 weeks (for a 2nd time). Both times, I believe are completely unjust. I am not that toxic, and whenever I am toxic, it's always to trolls, jerks, or people who don't seem to care about others. Now I know I'm not the only one who occasionally rages at fools who like to make others lives miserable! They told me 99% of players don't get suspended, so wtf?!

I have checked out Riot's ruling on this, and these are some of the things Riot has said are not ok to say in any situation. Every single line of text below this statement is something I've been suspended for. Please tell me if you actually think this is at all fair in any way, because I don't think so.

Some questions:

Why did you c/p these lines, rather than post a link to your reform card? It seems rather disingenuous.
Was there only one game in your reform card?
Do you know what a Texas Sharpshooter fallacy is?

I see a lot of these types of posts and I can see how it can be confusing to be warned or banned for what seems to be innocuous chat. Unfortunately, what these snippets of chat leave out is context. In the spirit of Niven's Laws, I like to explain it like this:

B = I x F
(Bans equal Intensity times Frequency)

When you get right down to it, anything can be toxic if you want it to be. If I spammed the word "booger" 500 times in chat, that would be toxic. This is Frequency.

On the other end, there are certain words and phrases that are incredibly inappropriate and not at all tolerated. This is Intensity.

As I look at what you copied, I'm willing to bet that there is more to the story. You seem to be someone who uses chat a lot and may not be anywhere near the most toxic person in League, but might rub some people the wrong way. The fact that you got two 14-day suspensions says something is up. Those kinds of bans are usually your last chance to reform, so you should definitely consider putting in a support ticket, if you haven't already.

Why do you assume you know exactly which lines resulted in your ban?

This was not the only game in which you've been reported. It's only that last game that appears in your case.
Accusation of kill stealing. It's a team game.
Calling gg before the game ends, and bg when it actually does end.

It's no where near the worst set of chat logs I've seen. Of your comments, I only see one that might be a borderline report (spamming the XD) and no comments on the lines that, for me, would contribute to a report. I'm curious as to where you got your Riot rulings, because you seem to have missed the mark on what generally gets reported/punished.

I would like to see the actual response from Riot instead of your -I think a bit creative- paraphrasing of it. I've never received a player behavior email myself, but I've read hundreds from back in the days of the old forums, and they were nothing like what you are describing.

Because while I have to take it on faith from you that the text you're including is in fact all of the text you've written, the people who chose to suspend you (twice) DON'T have to just believe you. They can check and based on such a check, they thought you deserved a suspension (twice).

I don't know the specific situation, but I generally see one of two reactions to a ks accusation:

the player doesn't care or wants to annoy you for some reason and calling him out just encourages him.
It was an honest mistake, and the player decides it's not worth the hassle of going all-in if they're going to get chewed out if the "wrong" person gets the last hit.

Either way, how does it help if you call the player out or complain about it? That's right, it doesn't.

The logs you typed out seem mundane. Not even close to worthy of punishment. However those could be edited. Please link your report card that you received in your email to verify.

For the 1st line: Someone being toxic is NOT an excuse to be toxic back. This has been said said a billion times and I guess it will take a billion more. Toxicity ix NEVER ok.

For the 2nd.. I DONT believe you. No one gets suspended for "no reason".. or casual, non-toxic chat. Does not happen. Urban legend.

well i know how you feel, i was once reported by a troll for saying "can we stop fighting each other and try to win this game", in a ranked game, then said in response to being threatened to be reported "report me for what, i dont understand", those were the only things i said during that ranked game and not only did it happen after game, i was suspended with in 5 min of the reported.

the email they sent me about it said it wasnt ok to try to get your team to stop fighting.

i honestly wonder sometime if the tribunal is full of trolls that just want to ban or suspend someone all the time instead of looking at the punishments for the report or no report if there isnt a valid reason, also i would love to have a say againest my case to clear it up at times as well, but that will never happen

Put up your reform card ! If your in the right people Will stick up for you but as is we are left with some text you put up.

People please, unless OP post reform card No one can be sure what is going on and I for one am always a bit suspicious when a poster feels the need to explain themselves midway threw a log.

And as always 1 game doesn't trigger a punishment unless it's a "special case"...If this is what happened then please do put up that RC just as they sent it and I'll help bitch and shout.
