can we match people according to surrender preference?

I really really really hate people who say gg or throw up surrender votes at 20. I hate them more than people who main riven and teemo.

Riot can you provide an option to check that will pair us to people similar in views? I had something similar to pair up roommates when I lived in dorms. they didn't pair the party people with the nerds who wanted to study and be quiet. why should people who never surrender be paired with people who throw up surrender votes and jack around if you don't ff? ive had a few games in the last few weeks that have been immediate "ff @ 20 or we feed until its over" types of behavior.** its not fair to the team that want to try and salvage a game and have people afk, jack around/stop trying to screw over any chance you did have.** I personally like more than anything to win the game that seemed like a hopeless loss 10 min prior. it makes me and my friends cheer after the game, and provides some of the best memories of the game I have. the struggle to win is more fun than a ROFLSTOMP in mine and my friends opinions.

this snowball meta has made this kind of behavior more prevalent in the past weeks.

That would be negative attitude, and I'd prefer these players be matched with a suspension or chat restriction :3

But in all seriousness, Lyte has on multiple occasions spoken about Prisoner's Island, which I believe the concept in the OP may stray towards:

This is known as Prisoner's Island internally. I believe this is a bad idea for League of Legends; however, it's a pretty massive discussion.

If you consider what I mentioned about the vast majority of the playerbase being neutral or positive but everyone having occasional bad days, you can start to dig into why Prisoner's Island might create a vicious divide in the population that hurts far more players than it helps.

My desire to surrender or play until the Nexus explodes varies from game to game. I imagine the same holds true for a majority of players.

It would be nice if people could just be segregated into different playstyles but matchmaking is significantly degraded by having less people. So splitting up players has massive downsides. Maybe if it could be split perfectly in half it would fine but "never surrender" seems to be a pretty rare mentality. So it would probably be very long queues for poorly matched games. The surrender system already favors their side by requiring a super majority to pass.
