for defending ragers and telling people to mute them i'm getting reported for being unsportsmanlike conduct? Does riot need to make a report Dev so that people understand its better to facilitate ragers instead of just contesting them??? For being supportive to ALL of my team i should NOT be penalized, that is the basic concept of teamwork.

i wasnt punished just warned :) but even so i don't like being warned for doing nothing wrong that's discrimination!

I believe that's why it was removed, but I think it did have use to help a player change their attitude before it led to punishment.
I think they actually removed it pretty early on after the IFS replaced the Tribunal, though I'm unsure when exactly.

Shouldn't you be defending the non toxic players by calming the ragers or if they are insatiable, tell your teammate that is being targeted to mute the rager and try to bring the team morale back up?

There's a fine line to draw when dealing with ragers in game vs post game.
In my experience, during game, regardless of who is right, I try to calm the situation so that it doesn't escalate and it tends to end in better teamwork rather than picking sides of who is right and who is wrong.
If the rager was right, post game I'll acknowledge they were originally right but should have chosen a better way to express themselves so that at least there's acknowledgment and maybe a hope that they won't rage again or at least as much the current game.
I have experienced that in game if I agree with the rager, the team turns on you and you also amplify the rager because they feel justified in lashing out at your teammates. This fractures your team mid game and it turns the game into us vs them vs a united enemy team.

that's cool to hear you've experienced something similar but i shouldn't require discretion in my games that's how players get worse instead of improve.

Then keep doing what you're doing and continue to have the same experiences over and over because you presume to know the outcome before you try it.
Kei1432 votesyou can be reported for anything, doesn't mean you'll automatically be punished.
the system knows how to filter out false reports, so if you indeed did nothing wrong, then you won't be punished for it.
Troll Armada1 votesIt's really hard sometimes when you have gangs of troll s working together for support to realize what is really going down, that's why in all such questionable gamess, I start pausing and hitting the F12 key like crazy!
F12 Takes Screenshots in game, and places the images in a folder in the game directory, then I take those screenshots and upload them to image sharing and put links in the after game reports, and say something like: see chat logs, or if I am in a sassy mood, I say something thing like, "really riot? self explanatory... link to images"
That usually does the trick. Sometimes the best defense is a good offense and like Teemo says, always be prepared, because a lot of these kids are from broken homes and have no values or morality to speak of...
