Can I send a report with a replay of someone if they intentionally feed

yea you can send it to riot support and add an attatchment with visual proof but you need to report them in game too ( its smth like they cant open a case but they can add to it not sure about it i read it on boards )
from my experience .... its a waste of time most likely you will get generic response " we will look into it but we cant tell you what we do with it " then after a week you will check the guys op.gg and nothing happened he is enjoying another day on summoners rift ...
