So i played a game today where our top's champ got banned since they didnt say anything about wanting to play them, they then, in champ select, proceed to tell everyone to kys repeatedly. I ask the enemy team when we are in game to report her for telling us to kys and being disrespectful. after the game i reported her and i then went into another game, where i got kicked because i had been reported. the chat logs are as follows: Game 1 Shiva the East: report eve please, she repeatedly told people to kys in champ select Shiva the East: still told everyone to kys multiple times Shiva the East: riot has gone to state that replacing it wont count since it could very well mean anything Shiva the East: eve i have a screen shot of it Shiva the East: gg i unfortunately lost the screen shot when i copied the log since i didnt paste it before hand since i had gone into a game. i opened a ticket as soon as i was notified and still have gotten no response. does anyone know why i was suspended and how i can fix this?

Probably their shit autoban system saw you type "KYS" a bunch of times and thought you were actually telling people to "KYS"

Telling us how long your suspension is would help also

Is there a way outside of tickets to get in contact with a rioter by chance?

Every line you typed was threatening Eve.

It only takes a single report for the IFS to review their chat. Getting more people to report does nothing.

As such, the only use for asking for reports, telling people what they did wrong, or threatening someone with a report + screenshot is to harass them.

Since harassing people is against the rules, the IFS gave you a punishment. Because your chat included 'kys', the IFS gave you an escalated penalty.

Just an FYI, you don't have to ask people to report others. You report once and it's a reviewed game. Having multiple people report a game makes no difference and if you're going to be using a flagged word by the instant feedback system, you're gambling on whether or not someone reports you and then gets you instantly triggered on the punishment.

People tend to harass more in pregame and post game now because those are manual reviews rather than instant feedback so don't fall for their baits and traps.

Don't bring it up in game because all you're doing is bringing pre=game drama into the game chat which is really pointless. Just report at the end of the game and be done with that person.
